"Wake" is the sixth episode of season one of the teen-drama series The Secret Circle. It was directed by Guy Bee and written by Andrea Newman. It first aired on the CW Network on Thursday, October 20th, 2011. In this episode, the residents of Chance Harbor prepare for the funeral of Nick Armstrong. Nick's older brother Jake returns to town after having been away for two years. Few in Chance Harbor are happy to see him again though. Faye Chamberlain recalls how they once dated and he had spurned her while Adam Conant harbors a deep resentment for the young man. Jake takes an interest in Cassie Blake who realizes that Jake's bloodline is required to complete the Secret Circle.
