Secret Circle

Isaac was the head of a group of witch hunters, which also included an ambitious zealot named Eben. Isaac was not above recruiting actual witches, and manipulating them into hunting down their own. Such was the case with Jake Armstrong, whom Isaac used to infiltrate the Secret Circle of a coven operating out of Chance Harbor, Washington.
