Rom is an alien character featured in the Star Trek television franchise. Played by actor Max Grodénchik, he was a recurring supporting character on the TV series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. He was introduced in the series' pilot episode, "Emissary" and made 36 appearances in the series in total.
