Phil Ken Sebben, also known as Falcon 7, is a fictional secret agent turned business owner and a supporting character featured on the Hanna-Barbera Productions animated series Birdman and the Galaxy Trio. He appeared in the "Birdman" stories from the show and was voiced by actor Don Messick. He was introduced in the first vignette from the first episode, "X the Eliminator". A more ludicrous version of Phil Ken Sebben was a supporting character on Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law. He was voiced by actor and television personality Stephen Colbert on that series.
