History

Sebben & Sebben was founded by Phil Ken Sebben and his brother, Bill. It started off as a small private legal firm called Sebben Law & Saltwater Taffy, but eventually became a very prestigious law firm catering to a wide variety of unique clients. Some of its notable clients include Race Bannon, Shaggy Rogers, Black Vulcan, and Apache Chief. Sebben's prime attorney was the one and only former super-hero, Harvey Birdman.

Sebben & Sebben eventually evolved in a multinational conglomerate, which developed, packaged and sold products that nobody buys such as plinths, binder clips, and mustard packs. [1]

Phil Ken Sebben led an adventurous lifestyle, which often placed him in great danger. In fact, he has died... numerous times. In one case however, when Phil's left foot was discovered following one of his alleged deaths, control of the company went to his daughter, Judy Ken Sebben, aka, Birdgirl. [2]

An industrialist named Etan Delvay, who developed the smart-tech therapy toy known as ShareBear, manipulated Judy into investing in his company. He made a secret arrangement with board member Dog With Bucket Hat to give Etan 20% of Sebben's stock. Meredith the Mind Taker discovered the truth about Etan's scheme, and found a way to back-trace the arrangement that Ethan made with Dog in one of the toy's memory banks. This set off a networked response among all of the ShareBears in Sebben's facility. When the staff realized that the dolls were now privy to all of their most infamous secrets, they destroyed every toy before it could leave the building. Etan Delvay ultimately returned the stolen stock back to Judy Ken Sebben. [3]
