William Christopher was an American television actor and voice actor. He was born in Evanston, Illinois on October 20th, 1932. He passed away in Pasadena, California on December 31st, 2016 at the age of 84. William Christopher is best known for playing the role of Father Francis Mulcahy on the 1972-1983 situation comedy series M*A*S*H*, of which he was credited in 213 episodes.
