Michael "Mike" Ostrowski is an American television producer and screenwriter best known for his work on the serial drama Jericho and CSI spin-off CSI: Miami, on both of which he has worked as a producer and screenwriter.
As a producer he has worked on the series Jericho, E-Ring and CSI: Miami, serving as supervising producer, producer and co-producer respectively. His writing credits are again for CSI: Miami and Jericho, and also for Private Practice and The District.
In 2012, Michael wrote the teleplays for two episodes of the North American version of the TV series Being Human. He wrote episode 2x4, "(I Loathe You) For Sentimental Reasons" and episode 2x9, "When I Think About You I Shred Myself". The first episode introduced a strung out ghost named Walter, while Ostrowski's second episode featured the destruction of Walter. His first episode on season three was "The Teens, They Are a Changin'".
