Thomas "Tommy" Lawrence Knight is a British television actor born in Chatham, Kent, England on January 22nd, 1993. His first credited TV work was playing a boy named Timmy in episode 2x01 of TV to Go. He then played Paul Cezanne, Jr. in the 2006 TV miniseries The Impressionists.
In 2007, Tommy got his first major TV work playing Luke Smith - son of the eponymous Sarah Jane Smith, played by Elisabeth Sladen in the children's sci-fi series The Sarah Jane Adventures, which was a spin-off of the 2005 Doctor Who revival series. Tommy also appeared in three episodes of the show playing Luke Smith.
In 2012, Thomas Knight began playing the role of Kevin Chalk on the drama series Waterloo Road. He was credited as Tommy Lawrence Knight in the series.
