Spider-Woman is an American animated superhero fantasy series produced by Marvel Productions and DePatie-Freling Enterprises. It aired for a single season on ABC, spanning a total of only sixteen episodes. The series is based off the character of Spider-Woman, as seen in comic books published by Marvel Comics. The show features the voice talents of Joan van Ark as Jessica Drew, aka Spider-Woman, as well as Bryan Scott as Billy Drew and Bruce Miller as Jeffrey Hunt. Veteran Lost in Space voice talent Dick Tufeld provided the role of narrator for the series.

- Spider-Woman was created by writer Archie Goodwin and artists Sal Buscema and Jim Mooney. She was introduced as the feature character from Marvel Spotlight #32 in February, 1977. The character branched off into her own Spider-Woman ongoing series in 1978, which was structured with the cartoon series in mind.
