Rahnuma Panthaky is a television actress. Rhanuma's first credited work in a television series was playing a woman named Srinka in the "Bad Blood (Part 1)" episode of the Canadian teen-drama series Degrassi High in 1991. Her next project was for another Canadian TV program, Blue Murder. She played Amita Prakash in 2001 in an episode entitled "Little India".

Rahnuma's first American television work was in 2002. She played a cashier in the "Mr. Monk and the Red-Headed Stranger" episode of the USA Network dramedy series Monk.

In 2003, Rahnuma played FBI agent Diana Bonds in three episodes of Street Time. She appeared in "Right to Life", "Even" and "On Goldie Pond".

Rhanuma played the role of Rena Malik, a ghost and mother to another ghost, Sally Malik in two episodes from season two of the North American television series Being Human.
