Neil Felder is a television editor born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania in 1963. His career in television began in 1994 when he was a series editor on the legal drama Law & Order. He worked on forty-one episodes of the series.
Between 2002 and 2007, Neil edited select episodes of the CW Network television series Smallville. He worked on seasons two through six for a total of thirty-seven episodes.
Neil then went on to edit four episodes of Cane, nine episodes of The Cleaner and one episode of The Forgotten. In 2011, he edited the "Blind Spot" and "The Quick and the Dead" episodes of the Syfy series Alphas.
