The Monster Machine is a giant robot with four modular legs and four arms that terminate in hand-clamps. It appeared in "The Monster Machine" episode of the "Teen Titans" series of animated shorts, which were part of the Superman-Aquaman Hour of Adventure. The Monster Machine was a giant robot created by an alien race designed as tool of destruction. It was sent from an invasion platform to Earth where it began ravaging a coastal city, destroying houses and terrorizing dogs. The young superhero team the Teen Titans engaged the robot, which proved to be tougher than they thought. Kid Flash tried using super-speed to deliver a flurry of rapid-punches, but this was ineffectual. It grabbed Aqualad in its giant pincers and dragged him around. They followed it back to its robot lair, where it blasted at them with an energy weapon from its chest cavity. Wonder Girl blocked the blast with her bracelets, reflecting it back upon the robot until it was destroyed by its own weapon.
