John Lyons is a fictional character featured in the A&E television series Damien, which is based on the 1976 occult thriller film The Omen by director Richard Donner and serves as a contemporary sequel to the movie.
Overview
John Lyons was the head of Armitage, a multi-billion dollar company that maintained strong political connections, but also had a vested interest in many off-the-book projects, including the cultivation, nurturing and protection of the Antichrist. John often went head-to-head with one of his board member, Ann Rutledge, and the two often disagreed upon the best methods for dealing with their Satanic ward, Damien Thorn.
Biography
John presided over his cult in an abattoir on his estate where he sacrificed a lamb by slitting its throat. [2]
After killing Amani Golkar, John Lyons was set upon by a demonic rottweiler who tore at his face and throat. He likley died from these injuries, but his final fate on the matter remains unclear. [3]
