Jaridians are a fictional alien species featured in the Canadian sci-fi series Earth: Final Conflict. They first appeared in the tenth episode of season two, "Between Heaven and Hell". Actor Andrew Jackson played a character known as the First Jaridian who made four appearances in the series in total. Jaridians are characterized by their hairless bodies, reptilian skin and glowing green eyes.
The Jaridians are an alien race descended from the ancient culture known as the Atavus. They are distant cousins, now sworn enemies of the Taelons and were once all one race. A reptilian race, the Jaridians established the Jaridian Imperium with the planet Jaridia as their seat of power.
Another, and more prominent alien species featured in Earth: Final Conflict were the Taelons, who were tall, slender, androgynous creatures who formed an accord with the governments of Earth.
