Biography
Henry was an African American male who grew up as part of a society of demon hunters known as The Blood. Henry left the lifestyle at a young age to pursue his own fortunes, but when his younger brother became possessed by a demon, Henry was unable to save him. This caused him to return to his family's roots as an agent of The Blood. Years later, Henry entered into a pact with Doctor Louise Hastings of the Saint Teresa Center for Mental Health in Portland, Oregon. One of Louise's patients, Victoria Helstrom, had left behind two children; Ana and Daimon. Both of whom were the progeny of demonic serial killer and had developed supernatural powers. While Louise decided to look after Daimon, Henry agreed to become the caretaker to Ana. Henry spent the next several years steering The Blood away from taking an interest in Ana.
