Greg Arkin is a fictional teenager and altered human featured on the CW Network television series Smallville. Played by actor Chad E. Donella, he appeared in the second episode of the series, "Metamorphosis". Greg Arkin was a teenager from Smallville and a student at Smallville High School. A social outcast and insect enthusiast, Greg developed superhuman abilities after a collection of his bugs escaped from their container and attacked him. The bugs were infused with green meteor rock radiation, which prompted Greg's metamorphosis into a virtual "Bug Boy".
