Dirk Armstrong is a fictional character with a really douchey name. He is a minor antagonist on the CBS television series Supergirl and was played by actor Peter Mackenzie. He appeared in episode 1x08, "Hostile Takeover".
Overview
Dirk Armstrong was a successful businessman. He operated out of his own firm in National City, but also sat on the board of directors for CatCo Worldwide Media. Dirk Armstrong was trying to drive Cat out, so he leaked a large volume of Cat's personal emails out onto the internet, hoping that something scandalous would arise, which would force the board to vote her out. When Cat caught wind of this, she had her employees Winn Schott and James Olsen snoop around so they could turn the tables on him. The conclusion of their scheme resulted in Dirk's termination and arrest.
