Danni is a fictional crime broker and a minor character featured on the Preacher television series. Played by actress Julie Dretzin, she first appeared in the season one episode, "The Possibilities". She also appeared in the season two episode, "Dallas".
Biography
Danni was a middle-aged woman who worked as an officiator for certain illegal activities. She helped to set up various crimes for clients for a percentage of money, and operated out of the Dallas, Texas area. When they were younger, Jesse Custer and Tulip O'Hare took jobs that Danni provided. One such job involved a bank robbery where they were partnered up with a man named Carlos. The job went bad, and Carlos betrayed them. This affair resulted in the pregnant Tulip having a miscarriage. Tulip got out of the life for a bit, but still kept in contact with Danni on a regular basis. Years later, Danni negotiated a deal with Tulip to do a job in exchange for getting information on Carlos' whereabouts.
