Basqat is a fictional alien featured on the CW Network television series Smallville. He is played by actor Adrian Holmes and is a clone member of the Kryptonian race and a follower of General Zod. Basqat and the rest of Zod's soldiers hail from the lost city of Kandor, and refer to themselves as Kandorians.
